Each of us have different goals. One way we help our members is by encouraging them to have a food journal. The reason we have members writing a food journal especially at the very beginning of a nutrition program is so that they can be more aware of what they are putting into their body. We then teach members to listen to their body.

The feedback your body gives you especially after a meal is typically directly proportional to the food you eat. These signals help you know your individual body and they help you know what foods to eat and not to eat.
